WERDNA Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 Hi, I am creating an A3 pdf of a layout at a scale of 1:200. I am creating the pdf from model space, but when I print the pdf off, it is not quite to scale. What am I doing wrong? Quote
WERDNA Posted August 1, 2012 Author Posted August 1, 2012 I don't have that option on my plot screen. It may be down to the fact my annotation scale is not equal to my plot scale. This is the message I keep getting when I ok to print, not too sure what this warning is actually telling me, apologies for my ignorance, and would normally find out for myself but under pressure to get a drg to site and it needs to be to scale. Screen shot attached. Quote
ReMark Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 Sorry...I have not encountered such an error message as I do not use annotative scaling. What is your annotation scale? Does that say 1:200 for the plot scale? Quote
Organic Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 That warning message shouldn't cause it to not print to scale. Your settings look okay, are you sure it is not to scale when printing the pdf? (and then afterwards someone is printing the pdf not to scale perhaps?) Quote
WERDNA Posted August 1, 2012 Author Posted August 1, 2012 Problem solved, I am now reading the scale rule correctly ....thanks to both of you for helping out. Quote
