obie191970 Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 So, my command bar is stuck in the middle of my screen and it won't allow me to dock it at the bottom of the screen. Nor will it allow me to move or resize it(They're both grayed out.). Yes, the allow docking toggle is enabled and it does allow anchoring both left and right. Any suggestions. I've tried everything I could find through F1. Thanks Quote
obie191970 Posted June 21, 2012 Author Posted June 21, 2012 Have you tried resetting your Profile? No, I was hoping to not have to reset and that there was an easier solution. Quote
obie191970 Posted June 21, 2012 Author Posted June 21, 2012 Is it Locked? I haven't seen the option to lock it - But I'm assuming no seeing I am able to anchor it. Quote
BlackBox Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 To learn more about locking UI components, look into the LOCKUI System Variable. Quote
ReMark Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 Posted by rjvs at the AutoDesk Discussion Groups. "Right click in the Command Line header area (adjacent to the little X ), and ensure that Allow Docking is checked then hold down a Left click in the same area and drag toward the bottom of the screen. A command bar outline will flash out when you have it positioned to let go." Worth a try. Quote

nestly Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 If the Command line is not docked/anchored, it's considered a "Floating Window" so my guess is that Docked Windows was unchecked but "Floating Windows" is/was checked. Quote
