bachrock Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 When I export a section of a drawing using a viewport in paper space and the export pdf function, the text doesn't appear in the PDF. I've noticed some other layers didn't appear, but that was because they weren't set to print. The text layer is set to print, but it doesn't. Anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks. Quote
SLW210 Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 When plotting to PDF, you can go to properties>custom properties>custom properties>Font Handling. Quote
bachrock Posted June 20, 2012 Author Posted June 20, 2012 Do they have a z elevation? They shouldn't as I'm only working in 2d. Quote
bachrock Posted June 20, 2012 Author Posted June 20, 2012 When plotting to PDF, you can go to properties>custom properties>custom properties>Font Handling. I'm not sure how to do this. When I click Export -> PDF it brings up a "Save As PDF" dialog box where there is no "properties" button to click. Quote
bachrock Posted June 20, 2012 Author Posted June 20, 2012 I figured it out. The text is white and the background is white so it became invisible. I had figured that wasn't the issue as in the viewport the text appears as a light gray/off-white. Thanks. Quote
