High quality 2D colored drawing HOW?

Hi, i have been trying to get this colored CAD drawing in high quality and more presantable. First, i created this shape and i applied gradient and i used the maximum capacity of gradient which i knew.

 

Is there any better way that i could do it in 2012 CAD get a better quality drawing in more details or should i use another software?

Isn't it also going to depend on the printer you are going to be using? For 11x17's we use a color laser printer that produces some very good results.

It depends on what you would like to achieve. What does it mean 'better quality' and 'more details'? The quality and level of details depends on the user. If need more detailed drawing, just draw more details, as much as you want.

 

However different software is better for certain goals, and often you have to mix various programs to do what you want. But firstly you need to know what you would like to end with. So again... What your purpose is?
