I thought the boundary lines were drawn in a counterclockwise direction start with the East boundary line, then the North, then the West and finally the South.

The first boundary line starts at the POB and runs northeast for over 500 feet according to the directions I posted.  This is the East boundary of Oleson Village.

after i enter bearings i enter 500 feet long?

No, you enter the correct distance (542.16) that I previously provided.

i see. what it says in directions , it automatically ends at correct distance.

this is what i end up with after entering 457.43 feet away bearing S2D31’35”W

Only IF you type it in correctly in the first place.

What you have drawn is incorrect.

This is what your finished boundary should look like.  You start by drawing the East boundary first then move counterclockwise.

I believe the linetype for the Boundary layer is supposed to be Phantom.

there is no Boundary in layers in directions, i had add it.

again. this is not working 4 hrs trying get this started plus 3 days prior.

I have it on Phantom and still , lines do not adjust an resemble them

What is your linetype scale set at?  Also, the boundary you see in the previous image above was drawn using a Polyline with an assigned Width of 5.
