PaulS00 Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 Hello. I did a search for other threads on proxy entities and didn't find what I was looking for. So, I'm running C3D 2011 and when I open a topo drawing, I get these boxes that pop up instead of a specific point block. At the lower left hand corner of the box it says "AeccDbCogoPoint (AeccLand90)." I tried to delete the entities, but no luck. However, one of the other draftsmen who uses C3D 2012, views the drawing as it should be, with an 'X' for the point block. I know that the drawing was created in C3D 2011 and we save our drawings in 2007 format since some of the engineers use an older version of basic ACAD. So, it's strange to me that those running C3D would have this problem. I looked for an object enabler, but I'm not sure which one I would need. Thoughts? Thanks! Quote
SLW210 Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 Just download all the Object Enablers, will not hurt anything. Sounds like Civil3D 2012 created the points, and AFAIK would not be backward compatable. Quote
