I want to use it to analyse the various properties of an Aluminium Section drawn in Autocad like Moments of Inertia, Section Modulus and other mechanical properties and see the pros and cons of this program over Autocad. I am in "Section Definition" and I want to know whether to insert a region (with all sub-regions already subtracted) or a polyline and how to process the calculation? Can anybody helps me? Where can I find a steps by steps 101 tutorial on the section analysis aspect of this software? Thanks u in advance. Quote
