bitslapped Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Hi, I was under the impression that you could search multileader text with quickselect, but 'contents' or some variant does not seem to be an option. Could someone please tell me the easiest way to find a multileader with specific text (including the wildcard)? I expect it can be done with quickselect or filter but can't get it happening. Thanks! Dadgad Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Just use the FIND command in your right hand shortcuts menu. I should think you could do it with the FILTER command too, it is a good idea to save filters as you use them, so that another time they are easier to use. I have a bunch of presets which are very helpful. Quote
MSasu Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 In addition to what Dadgad said, if you expand the FIND command’s dialog (a round shaped button with an arrow pointing down, located in bottom-left side of dialog) will find an option that allows you to use wildcards – check in help for supported types. Can also narrow the area to search – may use QSELECT to create a selection set with the said entities (multileaders) and then chose “Selected objects” under the ‘Find where” pop-up list. Quote
