Xdata Tag 100 is Missing

We get this error. We don't know where it came from or how to fix it.

 

When we reload an Xref we get "WARNING: Xdata Tag 100 is missing" scrolling on the screen a bunch of times. It then ends with Dimension disassociated. listed twice.

 

Any help? Often this results in all xref's getting unloaded/detached from the drawing.
