Creating Lisps

I've been working with AutoCAD for a couple of years, and have picked up alot of information to quicken my work. I would like to learn how to create lisp routines, but cannot find anything to break down the steps or explain what formual does what. Can any point me in the right direction?

There's 1000's of posts here on CADTUTOR on that subject, It is very complicated for me without any programming knowledge, but the more I read the more it makes sense. Here's a few of the reference sites with good information:
