GhostRider Posted October 24, 2008 Share Posted October 24, 2008 In the last couple of weeks there was a thread that talked about using hatches for shadows on a residential elevation drawing, It may have been about the transparency of a hatch even. It had a image in it of a nice front elevation with hatched shadows in it. I wanted to mark it to go back to later to learn to do something similar, I've shearched every string I can think of but haven't found it, does anyone remember it? Thanks for your help man !! I'd like to get that effect on my elevations if it's not too much trouble. I'll have to play with it a bit and see. nocturne00 Posted October 30, 2008 Share Posted October 30, 2008 Pretty neat tip that one, could probably end up a tip of the day if it were posted there. for me also, as you mentioned... i would not like to apply it yet, coz when my boss see's it also he'll want all drawings to have a shadow like that.
