Inventor 2012: Control rotation speed? Don't want it to stop, just decelerate

I'm working with rotating wheels and am trying to figure out how I can go from 60 rpm to 30 rpm with no stop?

Set your velocity with the Input Grapher.

Have you gone through the Wasim Younis book?

I can't get a hold of the Wasim Younis book(s) until Wednesday. I'm going to try to find another hasty source. Is the first book of just modeling or is there any detail on the dynamics and animation as well?

 

Do you know of any Ebook or soft copy sources?

For 2012 one of the books (I think the first) is only FEA and Frame Analysis. The other is the Dynamic Simulation.
