hidden lines do not plot

He guys I need hidden lines in my drawings for the shop floor and the pictures below is the problem. It shows the hidden lines in the veiwport in paper layout but when I print preview or print i does not show them at all. any ideas windows 7 autocad 2007.

 

Any Ideas???????????????
