RobDraw Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 Wow. I would go through the trouble of setting up layouts for each one and use publish. Quote
zer0 Posted February 3, 2012 Author Posted February 3, 2012 So in the current situation, i can not print all individually in one shot? Quote
MSasu Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 You may use a script to print them; call "-plot" on command line to write down the options. I will use Excel to create the coordinates pairs for print areas (the Window option). To simplify the calculation formula may move temporary the sheets in only one row. Regards, Mircea Quote
tzframpton Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 Holy cow. Paperspace. Learn it, embrace it, love it. Start here: http://exchange.autodesk.com/autocad/enu/online-help/search#WSfacf1429558a55de1a7524c1004e616f8b-6402.htm Quote
nestly Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 If you're SURE you're only going to have to print that once, what you're currently doing "may" be the quickest way to get your drawings on paper, but as the others have suggested, making use of Paperspace/Layouts would a much more efficient method in the future. DANIEL Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 I think this belongs in the bad drafting habits thread lol, they need to break that up into individual files or use paper space accordingly, if it were me I'd stamp it 'revise and resubmitt' lol Quote
zer0 Posted February 3, 2012 Author Posted February 3, 2012 I agree, this was sent to us by one of the big engineering firms... Quote

It may not be a case of bad drafting habits, just limited program functionality. Quote
