Could you be a bit more specific please? What is "a kind of virus from Campudia?"

Maybe he is referring to Cambodia?

 

I could find no pertinent information about an AutoCAD virus named "Campudia" or one specifically from Cambodia.

 

I notice the OP consistently ignores certain questions and/or suggestions.

 

hope: Did you try starting a new drawing? Yes or No? If so, what happens?

Cambodia was all I was able to come up with in a search as well.

Ahh well there is only so much one can do if the other party isn't willing to fill in the gaps. Evidently he has found a solution, but I am curious about Campudia. ;)

Sorry, it's Cambodia.

I has just up this one for anyone who want to, but plz be carefully. I only can delete the file to prevent the spreads but nothing I can do to fix my CAD.

I know this is an old post but just wanted to share a simple solution for this issue:

 

If your crosshairs are a little skewed:

From the menu (this is based on CAD 2004, but will be similar for any version) 

View dropdown

   3D Views

     Plan View

      Click on "World UCS"

       DONE!
