how do i draw in 3d that arc thinghy from the 1st drawing...my teacher said i should use revolve

You're talking about the arc shown in the front view of the top drawing?

 

You could draw the profile of the object then use the EXTRUDE command. You could even use the PressPull command.

you need to draw an half of the arc thingy in an closed polyline,

then you need to make an region out of it.

then use revolve, click the region and draw the start point and and point from the axes to revolve around it and then type the revolve angle, in your situation probably 180*.

 

If it doesn't work, just tell it.

For me, revolve wasn't an easy command.

I guess you're talking about the protrusion above the arc itself right?
