Hi,

sometimes my autocad 2012 has some problems showing logo's.

this problem is solved by restarting autocad. Does anybody have a solution for this small but annoying bug?

Thanks in advance!

You might consider running the REPAIR option. Do not uninstall / reinstall.

Thank you, i'll keep you informed ;)

That's odd indeed.

Is this a new install?

What are your system specs?

Are you working in a 2D or 3D workspace?

Have you made any tweaks to your CUIx file?

Its a new install. A few weeks ago i switched to AC 2012. I have a licensed autocad pack.

find system specs below

I am working in both 2D and 3D.

I dont know what you mean with the tweaks. i dont think i did.

Well running the REPAIR option should not do any more harm and might even fix the problem. Your system specs look fine to me.

Did you migrate all of your system settings from your previous version of Autocad?

What system settings do you imagine would account for the problem?

I was just struck by the response to your question about CUIX tweaks, and wondered if some settings with which Ticoh was familiar might not be as they were on his last installation. Things like display proxy graphics, raster image settings demand load Object arx applications for examples. These are things about which I know very little, just wondering what might have changed, other than his Autocad Version. As in electrical work, intermittent problems are the worst. And your broken car never runs as well as when you finally get around to taking it to your mechanic to find out what he thinks.
