Publish to named plotter

I am having a bit of trouble publishing drawings to the correct paper size. The Publish Details appear to indicate the drawing should be plotting to the correct size (i.o.w. the page size specified in the page setup) but when I plot it actually prints to a larger size paper. The preview shows this as well, but I can print individually just fine. The only thing I can see that appears odd is under the publish details, the paper dimensions are reversed from how they are shown in the page setup.
