Rick_Ismael Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 I've read about a command before which can copy entities with increment via specified distance, horizontal or vertical. Now I need it but can't figure out what was that command. Any guesses? Thanks. Quote
Rick_Ismael Posted December 18, 2011 Author Posted December 18, 2011 Command: 'Array' Not "Array". Not "COPYM" either. I need to know that command so I can sleep well. Quote
dirkvandonkelaar Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 is this what you mean? to do this action: COPY Select objects Specify Base Point A for array Specify the number of copies to array Pick the end point to specify the distance between the copies Quote
Rick_Ismael Posted December 18, 2011 Author Posted December 18, 2011 I know about that one and it's not it either. I can remember some part of it. First you have to select the object and then a basepoint, then click one point again which I don't remember (probably "getdist") then there is an option for vertical or horizontal option. The command can copy with an increment distance specified by the user. The neat thing about this command is when I copy with an increment of 4, I can copy or skip on 8 then I can copy/skip 12, 16 etc then can copy/skip again with the specified increment distance. Thanks. is this what you mean?
