Derrick022 Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Hello! For a designer, a good software is important to design. According to you, what's your desired software? Quote
f700es Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Depends on what you want to do/design. Quote
Jack_O'neill Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Depends on what you want to do/design. Yeah, what he said. While plain old Autocad will do about anything, there are specialty tools that do it better. You need the tool that is appropriate for what you are going to do. If you're going to draw houses, Inventor is probably not a good choice, while at the same time, if you are going to design cuckoo clocks, revit will be useless. Autocad is sort of the "crescent wrench" of design software, and will get is done for ya, but there are better tools for the job...provided you know what the job is. Quote

Derrick022 Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 Jack_O'neill is right. Use the right tool that appropriate is important. Every software has its own advantages and disadvantages, so combine to use maybe a good idea. Quote
