Cannot Create Region - Elliptical Arc and Sline

Hi,

 

Can anybody help me on this geometrical shape as I have been unable to create a region out of it using the Boundary Command. I have also tried the Polyline Command without success. Is the problem related to the Elliptical Arc or Spline present in the drawing? If so, what can be done?

Best I can do. Had a bit of trouble with your setting of "0" for the variable PELLIPSE.

 

Note: I also replaced the spline with an ellipse.

Thank you very much. I have change the value of PELLIPSE to 1 and redraw and re-offset the elliptical arc. It is no longer creating a spline. Not even an elliptical arc. A 2D Polyline. I have been able to revolve the object and glad to see the outcome. However I will greatly appreciate if you can tell me the solution to replacing the spline with an ellipse without having to redraw the ellipse from scratch.

If I knew of a method I would share it with you but alas I do not. In practice the replacing of the spline with a portion of an ellipse really did not consume much of my time. I suspect it didn't take you very long to do either.
