Shaft generator problem please help me

There is my problem,I designed a shaft which i posted in picture on the bottom.But when I want to start shaft calculation I dont know procedure how to do that.

 

I posted a sheme of loads for my two-step reductor,as you see I have a loads but i dont know how to insert it to shaft generator.

 

Please explain a procedure for first shaft and I will find a way for other two.
