opapichulo34 Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 I am trying to find a lisp that will create a single line flex like a "spline" but if it gets to be longer than 10'-0" then it should show as a "hard round duct" for the remaiing part. (according to code flex can not be longer than 10') can anyone help me or have a lisp that is cappable of doing this? thank you! Quote

Most jobs I do only say 5' of flex. Some say 8'. Just depends. Anyways, it says you use AutoCAD MEP, do you not use the AEC Objects in MEP for your designing? Also, you can utilize standard blocks and Tool Palettes to make a catalog of flex sizes, then use the Rotate function when inserting the block in the middle of your supply/return/exhaust diffuser and you'll be just fine. That's all I do for my 2D stuff. Quote
