upon producing the pdf I'm regularly getting warnings that various fonts are missing.

 

This results in lines of text appearing as gobbledygook when the pdf is printed out.

 

Any thoughts ?

Edit the DWG to PDF.PC3 file and add the desired fonts to the output file.

If this solves the OPs problem can we move this answer to a sticky as it seems a fairly common problem, what with Autodesk unticking probably the most used font from that list?

Well.... to report back... This appears to have sorted it.

 

so Cheers... Houston, we no longer have a problem.

I had the same problem when using special characters like ± or the degree ° symbol. Took those out and it quit doing that. Didn't think about editing the pc3 file...thanks!!!
