Watermarking 10% for OS

Hiya peeps,

 

I have recently been told that under the OS (Ordnance Survey) agreement, watermarks need to be 10% of the drawing if using OS tiles. I am currently using AutoCAD 2011 Map 3D

 

I am trying to work out a way of putting a watermark on a frame which it doesn't matter what size the viewport is the watermark (block) will always be 10% of that viewport.

 

If anyone can give me any ideas on how to put a watermark in and the block to be 10% and also to allow different scales i would be very grateful

Place the watermark in paperspace (not model space) and it will always print relative (i.e. at 10% if you create it at that size) to the paper size used.
