Hi. How can I draw lines with numbers in autocad that represents sizes of other lines (I don't know how to call them on English) ?

For example on this pic lines with numbers 50, 60, etc.

I believe you're referring to "Dimensions"

 

You should have a whole toolbar or ribbon panel full of tools for creating them.

I don't believe 2006 had the Ribbon yet.

 

Look on your Tool Bars as mentioned or in the drop-down menus at the top of your screen.

Ribbon was introduced in 2009.
