ReMark
Wouldn't you just be calling out the arc's radius? It will have to appear on the outside of the arc since there doesn't seem to be room to place on the inside of the arc without overwriting other portions of the object. Isometric dimensioning. Take a look at this. http://ltunlimited.typepad.com/my_weblog/2009/12/isometric-dimensions.html

ReMark
It's a basic isometric dimensioning tutorial. I thought you might benefit from it. Like I said, call out the arc's radius with a leader line pointing to it. Ex. - R=30 Isometric drawing tutorial. http://www.we-r-here.com/cad/tutorials/level_3/3-2.htm There's a link to a video too at the bottom of the page. ReMark
Same principle I was mentioning above is depicted in this isometric drawing except in this case it is a circle that is being dimensioned. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.cadstd.com/tutorial/chap5/bigiso.gif&imgrefurl=http://www.cadstd.com/tutorial/chap5/index.html&usg=__HudaZqie0Ih4AR71zK2fNPNdo5I=&h=488&w=555&sz=8&hl=en&start=33&zoom=1&tbnid=PyKlgNPdAohK9M:&tbnh=131&tbnw=146&prev=/images%3Fq%3D%2522isometric%2Bdrawing%2522%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26hs%3DpMI%26sa%3DX%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official%26biw%3D1440%26bih%3D720%26tbs%3Disch:10%2C475&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=895&vpy=368&dur=3179&hovh=210&hovw=239&tx=48&ty=229&ei=mnItTeOAF8SblgeG0KT7Cw&oei=f3ItTc-qG4G8lQf1lu20CQ&esq=2&page=2&ndsp=31&ved=1t:429,r:12,s:33&biw=1440&bih=
