Storing dynamic blocks as dwg

So, I have received dynamic blocks off this site where you just have to insert the drawing once and it has its dynamic properties. At my office we always have to save a block in a drawing with a different name than the block it contains, and then explode that block with the drawings name once its been inserted to access the block we wanted.

 

I appreciate some instruction and reference to past posts where this questions was answer. Alas I could not find it.
