Create the profile of the seat and back and either Extrude them or use PressPull. The legs you can do using Loft or you can extrude with a taper. Should take you all of 2-3 minutes tops. Get going...the clock starts now.

To improve the representation of your seat you can use fillet with radius to round off edges

See my way to create my chair use subobject its about like sketchup. Old CTRL key before to select Face, Edge or Vertex.
