Rage221677 Posted December 1, 2010 Posted December 1, 2010 I have my "plot area" set at extents. I have "plot offset" set at Center the plot. I have my "plot scale" set at 1:1. When I go to preview my drawing, it shows the drawing inside the printable area and everything shows up in the preview. When I plot the drawing, the drawing is not centered and some of the titleblock is missing. How can I fix this? Quote
CyberAngel Posted December 1, 2010 Posted December 1, 2010 One possibility is that you need to Zoom Extents before the plot window recognizes the current extents. If you're getting a good preview, though, that's probably not it. Another possibility is that your plotter or plotter driver is not synced with AutoCAD. Can you print other, similar drawings on the same plotter? Can you print this drawing on other plotters? Have you added or reconfigured the plotter recently? Has everything worked fine until now? Can you narrow down the problem for us? Quote
Dipali Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 go to printer properties & check margins set up there. it may pverride your 'center the plot' selection while printing. Quote
BIGAL Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 A pretty common problem is that 1 line/border of a title block does not plot and like Dipali you shrink your title block 1mm and then it works some plotter/printers dont like the sheet plottable area being exactly the paper margin size. Quote
