maxvonsch Posted December 2, 2010 Author Posted December 2, 2010 Hi Bigal, What I am actually looking for is an application that I can use with in my web based application to view the files. As far as I can understand, with autocadws the drawings have to be uploaded to their site and the users will have to login over their. Regards, Max Quote
irneb Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I'm not sure if there's something similar for DWG's, but you can view DWF's http://dwf.blogs.com/beyond_the_paper/2009/02/dwfs-on-the-web-not-just-for-internet-explorer-anymore.html Quote
BIGAL Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 There is a free dwg viewer available but it works outside of the web check autodesk.com it might become something they do as a next generation like the autocadws. Quote
irneb Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 I know one of our Online publishing suppliers (Aconex) have their own proprietary Java app for viewing and mark-up of DWG files. So it's definitely possible, just not for free at the moment. Quote
irneb Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 Otherwise, here are some you can purchase: - http://www.cadviewer.com/products/cvent.htm - http://www.cad2cad.eu/en/tvp.php Quote
