bigmaz Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 Hi guys When I go to do a draw command, my crosshair seems to stutter when moving it about, like I am using a slow computer. This has just started happening in the last 15 min's. I have tried restarting the machine, but its still doing it. When I click to specify a first point, it go's back to normal, letting me pick the next point with no speed issues. Anyone got any ideas why it might be doing this? Its for commands like Rectangle, Line, Polyline etc. Cheers Martin Quote
bigmaz Posted November 17, 2010 Author Posted November 17, 2010 Hmmmm, seems to be working fine just now. Maybe something was working in the background that was affecting it. Weird..... Quote
MSasu Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 Try to press F9 and check the cursor movement, press F9 again to set it back, it may be from an accidentally activated SnapMode. Regards, Mircea Quote
bigmaz Posted November 17, 2010 Author Posted November 17, 2010 Hi msasu Thanks, but it def was not on snap mode, thats the 1st thing i checked, there must have been something in the background that was making it stutter. All sorted now Cheers Martin Quote
irneb Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 I've had this happen to me sometimes. No matter what version (the 1st time I saw it was with 2004, it's happened last week on 2011 as well). Only solution is a reboot, seems to be something with windows rather than ACad, since even in other programs the mouse cursor seems to stick at random spots. Quote
