Questions about floor slabs and thickened edges.

Where is the button to load the thickened edge profiles into Revit 2011?

 

 

Starting in Revit 2010, my floor slabs drop when I add a slope to it. It there a way to prevent this?

Your images shows me how to start the slab edge tool.

 

I'm looking for the Load Profile tool so I can load my own custom Slab edge Profiles.

Ok John

In fact you have to charge your familly in first

1-Insert tab / Load from Library panel / and select your custom profile

2-In project Browser

search Floors familly and expand it, you have 2 subfamillies

Floor type and Floor Slab Edge type

3-right click on slab edge type and select duplicate

4-double click on the type to open Floor Slab Edge Type Properties

5-change the default profile by your own.
