Unknown Icon/Symbol in Inventor 2010

Hey Guys, New to the forum. I have been working on a project for a few days now and I opened up one of my sub assemblies this morning and found this little icon inside my drawing. Could anyone tell me what this is? And possibly how to remove it?

JD, What is the purpose of this note? Was it something that I may have added accidentally? And if its not needed, How can I remove it?

 

When I highlight it with the cursor, All it shows is my name and the date it must've been added.

Whenever in doubt - Right Mouse Button.

 

Find the Note in the browser and right click on it. Select Delete.

Thanks JD, I'll try to give that a try when I get back to work tomorrow. I believe I tried that and it only highlighted the object itself, but i'll make sure in the morning. Thanks again.
