When I use batch plot to pdf file, i get a nice small pdf with layer information which is nice to have. The problem is this pdf when put in a folder that is a shared folder the other computer does not have permission to open or attach the file.

In our office I do the drawing and printing of sheets, then my boss will take the files as needed for emails etc. The only work around is to get the pdf from autocad batch plot and plot it to our pdf printer (cutepdf). This seems like a unnecessary step if I could just remove the permission issue.

It also doesn't look good for me, if my boss doesn't have permission to work with the files.

Thanks - Phil

This is a bump. Any ideas why this is happening?
