Marc5
Thanks. I can now change room name and room number in the plan and it updates in the schedule or other-way-around. Can the schedule be auto populated from entries I assign to the room tag, such as: wall material, wall finish material, floor finish etc.? Also, how do I cahnge the font of the room tag from auto cad default to what I want? Thanks, Marc
qball
font: type Table, click the little paintbrush icon next to Table Style Standard. attaching materials to rooms? beats me. Sounds like more of a Revit thing.
Marc5
Thanks for the info. I did change the font of the room tag but back into it. I was unable to follow your suggestion to the tee. What I did, once in the text editor I changed ALL text styles that I thought would be associated with the room tag to Arial Narrow. Thanks Again, Marc
qball
check the screen shot. I assumed that you had already set up a custom Text Style for your project. (Shown on pic as "Standard")
Marc5
I will try to find the Modify Table Standards. I just started working in 2010 last week. Jumped to '10 from '04. Any other advice is welcomed. Thanks, Marc
