CAUSE4ALARM
Hello all, I've been searching for the past couple hours, which is why I'm not sure if this is even possible, but I'm trying to rotate a 2D object to look as though it's 3D. I've tried the 'rotate3d' comand but that doesn't appear to be what I'm looking to do. Anyone have any other opinions?? I will post the original file if that helps. rkent
The closest you will get is with View, SW (or SE, NW, NE) iso view. Everything will still be 2D of course but you will get an iso view.

Using the Views will rotate everything on the page...
BIGAL
try setting your ucs to the panel top then copy and paste the individual panel should line up. Alternatively just rotate3d the panel to the correct angle then in a 3d view move it picking the panel corner then the frame corner should line up straight away, you may want to raise it a tiny fraction before the move so it sits on top when you do a hide command before plotting. Also use the align command picking the correct matching 3 points it will rotate it automatically.
