Tiger
Oh lots of ways. I usually create a new UCS (command UCS) and then use the command PLAN > Current in the viewport to get the view-direction I want. But there are many ways to do it. Tiger
hmmm...izit mean tat ...every Mview box...i have to create New UCS to make different angel ? I assume that Mview Box is Viewport? Like I said, there are multiple ways to do this. You can also go into MVSetup and seelct Align > Rotate and then rotate. You can use Dview > TWist. But yes, in general, if you need every Viewport at a new angle, you need to do that for each Viewport. If it turns out that everything needs to be rotated to the same angle, perhaps you should rotate the whole thing in Model Space instead. Tiger
A google search confirmes that there is no MVSetup in LT unfortunatly. Ok here is step by step how I do it (italics is how it looks on the commandline): Make sure the Viewport is active (double-click inside it) Command: ucs type UCS on the commandline Current ucs name: *WORLD* Specify origin of UCS or [Face/NAmed/OBject/Previous/View/World/X/Y/Z/ZAxis] : click where you want your new Origo to be Specify point on X-axis or : Click somewhere along your new X-axis Specify point on the XY plane or : hit enter for accept Command: plan type PLAN on the commandline Enter an option [Current ucs/Ucs/World] : hit enter for current Regenerating model. Done.
