1. How did you convert the scan? All of the lines are 3D Polylines.

2. Why did you convert the scan? Why didn't you just draw it. I'm sure that was the assignment, correct?

Autocad cannot "repair" the lines. You need to re-draw it.

Ok, so if the assignment was to DRAW the part, why is "your friend" trying to cheat and just scan the page from the book and pretend that "he" drew it? First of all, "he" is not going to learn anything by scanning drawings and handing them in for credit. "He" is just cheating himself out of an education. And second, I'm sure "his" instructor is not stupid. He will know that "your friend" did not draw the part.

And if it's your friends assignment, why are you doing it??? :?

But it doesn't matter anyway, because as I stated previously, Autocad cannot repair the lines. "Your friend" will just have to draw the part as instructed and stop being lazy and looking for ways to cheat.

actually, my friend got this assignment with other exams, in tandem!

whether he will waste his time drawing it, or he will fail his exams?

And i dont have enough time to draw it, and it is complicated somehow.

Thanks
