This has been posted countless times with various degrees of help.

 

I know on various sites you can get free symbols etc.

 

What im after is British standard cad symbols for both P&ID schematics and Electrical schematics. Do these exist? (as in british standard)

 

Also any concise legends people have would be greatly appreciated and ill buy someone a pint! I would like to put together some dynamic block libraries and when i do i will repay the favour and post it. Woudl be great if there was a some libraries setup on palletes or menus etc...

I am new to AutoCAD...I too am trying to find an M&E library that uses some form UK standard symbols...have you had any luck finding one?

Did you google ? It may take a little while but there are symbol libraries out there. Did you ask your CAD supplier ?
