Aligning sketches on different workplanes

Hi everyone, I've been going nuts trying to figure this out....what I want to do is center two different diameter circles on two separate workplanes....make 'em concentric to each other. I'm using Inventor 2011 if that helps. let me know if you need more info - Thanks!!

You could offset projected geometry.

Here's what I'm trying to do....and maybe I'm going about it the wrong way...I'm trying to make a funnel with approx a 2.5" opening at the bottom and a 18.125" OD. The height is 1.8" and material thickness is 18ga. In Autocad I drew the small dia circle and another w/material offset then up 1.8" in Z I drew the 18.125" and another w/ material offset. From the front view then drew a polyline connecting everything and revolved - Voila! a funnel....I want to do this in Inventor so I can generate a sheet metal flat pattern and cut it out on our CNC plasma table.

Check this example (done in edu version so delete after inspection).

You can revolve your profile in Inventor as well:

Just revolve under 360 angle or it wont flatten.

Many thanks to both kencaz & JD...I am reviewing the .ipts now and trying the methods both of you have described. I can't seem to find and classes available on Inventor in AZ (without signing up to a trade school bachelor program)...do you have any recommendations for online tutorials??

thanks again
