Bring it into a program like Sketchup.

Plot it and embellish it by hand (like architects used to do).

Add hatch patterns?

What is the image of?

Well, yes that i can do , but i want to make it look impressive.

There are limited number of hatch patterns which is available in the hatch option.

Can we creat new-customised hatch patters!! And save the same for future use!

Its a furniture layout plan.

Use Sketchup. You'll save yourself a lot of time and work.

Concur, why make it harder? You can use any image as a texture in SketchUp.
