insert image with .jgw

I'm using C3D 2010 and I'm trying to join a dwg (contours) with a jpeg ( airborne image). I managed to use the .jgw that came with the jpeg and dwg in Map 2008, but were uanble to match the jpeg and dwg, so I had to do it manually.

 

Any ideas how to do this in C3D and hopefully getting it right?
