Missing some color options

Hi,

 

On my previous .ipt drawing I do have a color "ORANGE, ORANGE (Medium)" options. But, when I create another .ipt drawing the color "ORANGE" option is missing.

 

On the other .ipt the options was there, Where can I get it back and What causes this to happen.

 

I am using same Project location, and AI Suite 2010
