Hi,

I'm building an dynamic block of a sewer line, for some depth and lenght value i have added fields and calculations.

But i would like that those value's are not editable.

I won't be able to edit them when inserting the block if i set the 'preset' value of the ATT, but when i doubleclick or use the properties i am able to.

Is there an way to lock those?

(I hope i made myself clear :)).

Edit:

Seems that setting the 'Misc' setting 'Constant' to 'YES' the value stays the same. But the field calculation on it is disabled.

Are the fields in the default value of the attribute?

Unless there an other location you can place fields in an attribute?

But to directly answer the question, yes, the field is in the 'Default' area.

:glare: Sometimes you have to start simple.

What kind of field is it?

FWIW, I have many constant fields that update accordingly in my title block.

Uhm, object based (Att value, object length) and with an formula (with fields in the formula).
