Looking for a font like this.

I am interested in a font either exactly like this or very similar. Must be the outline of the letters and it must include upper and lower case letters. Does anyone have a font like this or know the name of the font? Thanks.

Thanks NBC. 1090 fonts listed under "Outline". I've viewed almost 400 so far and my eyes are starting to water! Only 690+/- to go. LOL

It seems to be a custom font, somewhat related to DilleniaUPC Bold (a thai font). But I could not find an outlined version of it... :geek:

Looks similar though, when outlined using Paintshop, (except for "s", "t" and "k")

Well that gives me something to go on. I've yet to find what I'm looking for. May have to pick something else. Maybe a Helvetica font although it is kind of plain.

I'm sorry but I had to ask, what exactly are your intentions here... :P

Helvetica it is a sans-serif font. You may need a serif version of it like the Helserif. But it's not a free font... :geek:

I tested the font, and guess what! Got impressive results.

The task has been completed. My solution was to forego looking for a suitable font elsewhere and use the Times New Roman TUR font that is already available. To achieve the "outline" look I exploded the text (that got rid of the "fill") then edited it for bits and pieces of stray lines. Finally, I went and did a Pedit/Join on each letter just so if I had to work with them on an individual basis I wasn't dealing with disconnected polyline segments.

But I do thank you all for your input and as always I learned a couple of new tricks along the way and got the chance to visit a couple of new font websites. All-in-all it was very worthwile.

ReMark: Post a sample of your home grown font for all to see.

What extension did you use for the newly created font?
