Video Capture software

Can anyone recommend some software to take a video of what is on my monitor? I want to record how I do certain things in Autocad and make it into a video file.

Is Snagit just a very very fancy version of the Print Screen button or does it make video too?

just found some freeware, studocam. works great!

U can use Macvide ScreenCap for screen recording. I use it and it's very powerful and easy-to use program for me.

HyperCam is good but not free.

Camtasia Studio is brilliant but not free. The video tutorials here at CADTutor were recorded using Camtasia - it's the best video capture software I've tried and I'm not even getting paid to say this

Have you tried fraps? in my opinion it is great, awesome, etc.. http://www.fraps.com/

CamStudio is free and works well. You can get it from http://camstudio.org/

My personal favorite, however, is fraps and it's not really expensive.
