The state of Connecticut would have to disappear from the face of the earth for me to lose it. LOL I would like to hear more about compiling in to a VLX or FAS if you would care to elaborate. Thanks. Got to go. Promised the wife I'd take her to lunch. But...I'll be back. Just go to VLIDE editor in ACAD and choose Make Application, Follow the instructions on each dialog (See Sample Images). Attached at the bottom is a zip folder with all the files. I have included a VLX & FAS for your choice. DH_V0.2.zipFetching info... Quote

You can do this under Options file tab (See Image Below) or you could just put the files in any of ACADs subdirectories, But I would not recommend that. This link also has information on loading lisp files with dcl: Refer to Lee Macs section in post 2 on additional loading instructions. http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1390 Works like a charm! I knew from previous replies that it would. I do have copies of any lisp file I load, some load at startup by default. I too, agree, keep the program in its' one file; i.e.: Dish Head. TANKS a load! ReMark Posted May 1, 2010 Posted May 1, 2010 AutoCAD LT can make use of macros and i think Diesel but not AutoLISP unless, like Lee Mac suggests, you get an LT extender like the LT Toolbox. Quote
PDAisAok Posted May 1, 2010 Posted May 1, 2010 Thank you for the input, I might have to add that Quote

Tankman Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Buzzard: Thanks again. Dish Head is loaded 'n workin' on four PC's so far. Each PC and/or Thinkpad™ laptop has AutoCAD 2005 and 2007 loaded. I stored the zip, and the extracted zip; C:\Downloads\Dish Head. I also downloaded your supplied *.pdf from Brighton Tru-Edge to the same file. A good cutsheet for quick dimensional information. And, a few more *.pdf's from Brighton! www.brightontruedge.com Quote

I guess that PDF would be good enough just to give you an idea anyway. Quote
The Buzzard Posted May 2, 2010 Author Posted May 2, 2010 To All, I must have made some error compiling the lisps in post 41. They have been replaced, tested and reposted in post 41 as well as the post 1. Sorry about that, The Buzzard Quote
Tankman Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Buzzard, the older version of your routine was working fine. I did download the latest 'n greatest, also working fine. What, might I ask, might the difference be? Quote
The Buzzard Posted May 3, 2010 Author Posted May 3, 2010 I know, But the problem was with the compiled copies (FAS VLX). I fixed it and reposted. It is still the latest version. There are no additional changes. Quote

So far, so good. Quote

I find that getting the specifications sometimes is the most difficult part. Enjoy it, The Buzzard Quote
