Is there any way to change the text size and font in the Detail bubble????

Posted

You can scale the multileader, or you can use the block Detail Callout as a starting point and edit it to use a larger Text Style and circle, save it as MyDetailCallout or whatever.

You can then build a new Mleader Style with it.

It will appear in the Source Block dropdown list under User Block -> selection list.

Alright, I know there is a "Right Way" to do it. Somebody will tell us.

In the attribute editor (just double click on the attributed block / attribute), you can change the properties from there.

Wait. Is that something that ACAD LT cannot do?

My Attedit only gives me a select cursor, and for me to select the Detail Callout block, the leader has to be exploded. It then only lets me change the content of the text, not its size or anything else.

I will have to look up Kenna, the band. Are they anything like Led Zeppelin?

I just thought kenna was Scotts for cain't.

Type DDEdit (or just type ED). Can't vouche for LT options, though.

No, more similar to mild electronica with singing.

Beats me dude, I'm American.

Nope, with DDedit, and Edit, only difference is I don't have to explode the multileader because those will edit Annotation objects.

I guess I will have to break open my Harley Jar and see if there's enough quarters in there to buy me an upgrade to Full ACAD.

Looked up Kenna. I am a baby boomer, they're good but not my cuppatea.

Oh, I didn't realize they were within a multileader (I'm retarded). That editor doesn't work on Multileaders.

Baby boomer and the mention of Led Zepplin, I'm sure we could still hang and listen to tunes. My prize concert memory is seeing Jethro Tull.

I will have to try the attedit command on some other blocks.

Betcha we could at that. I s'pose you know that Jethro Tull is just the band name. Ian Anderson is the guy in the whacky Celtic outfit.:P Nobody named Jethro in it. Kinda like Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Well, I have once again managed to tangentialize a thread.

Oh yes, Jethro Tull was the name of a preacher (if I remember correctly). When they were first startin out, people hated them and they changed their name for almost every gig. The night they used Jethro Tull, they started their following and kept the name.

Pink Floyd is another (The Wall: 4th grade, first CD I even purchased and my favorite band to this day).

Don't sweat it, I'm horrible about thread-jacking for random reasons. Someone will come along and put all this in Chat.

4th grade? Cheeeez, I was 24 when Tull released Aqualung the first time. That was in 1971.

Well, I bought it long after it was released. I wasn't born until '82.

Aqualung: such a good album. I have it on CD and LP.
