3dclip view 90 degrees off

Hi,

I'm not sure what I did, but when I use the 3dclip command the model in the dialog box appears to be 90 degrees off.

 

I'm lost, I cannot get the model in the dialog box to match the model in model space. DView clip is off, UCS is set to world, and view is set to plan.

 

Please see attached image, notice the ucs icons.
